Over the weekend of Aug 8–10, Casper had some brief downtime so I could test a few theories on the hotel’s bugs and issues in a live environment. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be rolling out patches aimed at fixing and improving some of the recurring problems we’ve been seeing.

Here are the known bugs currently:

- Shockwave client doesn’t load at all using the launcher [some users]
- Shockwave client doesn’t load at all using Basilisk Browser
- Popup issue in Edge when the Shockwave launcher does work
- Some external texts issues
- Some catalogue issues in Flash
