Meditation is a mental discipline by which one attempts to get beyond the reflexive, "thinking" mind into a deeper state of relaxation or awareness. Meditation often involves turning attention to a single point of reference.

Meditation Sessions

The idea is to free your mind when life gets too stressful.

How to? By joining Casper Staff in a public space for a brief session of meditation. There will be a Hotel Alert of the meditation area beforehand. During that time, the only goal is to enter the room and throw empty speech bubbles while waiting for good vibes. If the majority participates, then you could be rewarded with a badge.
